FEATURES :
  • Each part is precision machined for high efficiency and durability.
  • Deep finned cast iron cylinders, heads, Aluminium intercooler and after cooler pipes ensure efficient cooling under continuous operations.
  • Crankshaft and connecting rod are made of forged alloy steel and hardened for good wear resistance.
  • The compressor has a splash type lubrication and provided with a oil level indicator.
  • Flywheel is dynamically balanced for long bearing life and vibration free running.
  • Air filters are of efficient design and finger plate type valves are provided for easy flow and maintenance.
  • Air receivers are made of heavy gauge mild steel and hydraulically tested. hand holes are provided for easy cleaning and maintenance in big size receivers.
  • Non - return valves are robust in construction and are provided with viton seals.
